SEEKING PASSIONATE & ENTHUSIASTIC TEACHERS TO TEACH IN OUR AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM
Our after-school program promotes the overall development of a child and includes many extracurricular activities such as Art, Languages, Chess etc.

General Responsibilities:
Work with children and help them with completing their homework assignments.
Teaching/reinstating core concepts learned in school
Following our proprietary packet system and helping children prepare for State tests
Provide Assessment progress and evaluation reports to Parents
Communicate closely with parents regarding student's progress
Work with external instructors for extracurricular activities
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and written skills
Outstanding knowledge in Math and English
B.A./B.S. degree in Education or related field of teaching preferred but not required
California Elementary Teaching credentials or equivalent are welcomed but not required
Self-motivated, responsible, driven and works well with minimal supervision
Organized and great time management skills
Prior experience working with children preferred
Compensation: Competitive and in line with industry. Part-time position with hours ranging from 3-5 hours day; flexible
You may also have a chance to participate in picking up children from school and dopping them to our center, if available, and the Parents pay you an additional monthly amount for this service.
